Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All items are custom made and manufactured after your order has been placed. Please allow up to 14 business days (this excludes weekends and public holidays) for your order to be manufactured and despatched. During busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and New Year’s, garments may take longer to be produced and despatched. We will notify you when your order has been despatched and provide the tracking information.  All orders are quality checked before despatch.  

Express Shipping

If you require express delivery, please contact us directly so that we can accommodate this as best possible. If express shipping is available in relation to your delivery requirements, we will confirm this with you. Express shipping will incur an additional charge which is calculated according to your delivery location, volumetric weight of the garment/package and the express timeframe. For express orders we use DHL, Fedex or UPS.

Customs Fees- International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to international orders. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs checks.

Refunds/Exchanges

All items are custom made to order therefore we do not offer refunds.

We do offer exchanges on sizing for garments sized UK6-16 which have not been customised with additional alterations, and are not custom colour orders. 

[Garments sized UK4 and UK18-24 are not exchangeable as these are special order sizes made upon request. No returns on custom colour orders- custom colour garments are produced on demand- the artificial faux fabric is dyed individually, and the garment is hand made to your chosen design and size. For this reason, custom order garments are not returnable. The listings clearly state which colours are custom colours].

To exchange the size, please contact us first. All items must be returned to us within 7 days. You will need to return the garment and add a note inside the package with your original order number, stating what size you wish to exchange for. We do not offer free returns so customers will be responsible for sending items back to us – we suggest a service that is tracked and signed for. Any items sent back for an exchange should be in a saleable condition with the original tags attached. If we feel this is not the case (e.g there is make up on the fabric, perfume or odour, or the garment looks worn or damaged), the item(s) will be sent back to you.

Changes to orders / Cancellations

Any request to change an order must be made within 24 hours of the original order date. If changes are requested after this time these will not be accommodated as the production process has already commenced.

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot cancel orders and issue a refund as the manufacturing process has begun.
